Bucher Group, the aircraft interior solutions specialist, has been awarded once again for Excellent Customer Support in the Airbus Customer Support Awards.
2020 marks the 9th year that Bucher has won the award that recognises the customer support performance of selected cabin equipment suppliers regarding product, service and cost. The award is based on the results of a survey of global airline customers and also reflects Airbus’ rating for supplier engagement, spares and repair performance and provided support.
Designed to guide Airbus customers during their equipment selection process, eligible suppliers are rated against these key criteria.
